September 20, 2016: Water and Sewerage Authority advises customers in parts of North-West Trinidad, who are currently without a water supply that this is as a result of a broken 16” main on the Audrey Jeffers Highway, Cocorite, in the vicinity of Peake’s Service Station.–

The Authority is currently engaged in carrying out emergency repair works, which is expected to be completed by 8:00 a.m. tomorrow Wednesday 21st September 2016.

The isolation of the supply, necessary to effect repairs, has also resulted in an interruption in service to customers in the following areas:

  • St. James
  • Cocorite
  • Mucurapo Road
  • Westmoorings

Motorists are advised to proceed with caution and obey the instructions of the Police Officers on duty in the vicinity of the job site.

The Authority apologises for the inconvenience and thanks customers for their patience and understanding.
