Minister of Education the Honourable Anthony Garcia
Following a meeting on Thursday 26 April, 2019 with the Chairman of the Board of the Church on the Rock and Minister of Education the Honourable Anthony Garcia, the church will be made available to staff and students for the resumption of classes for Lower Morvant Government Primary School for this academic term.
The meeting addressed concerns for outstanding payments for the use of the facility as a temporary home for the school body. An agreement was reached between the Ministry and the Chairman and classes will resume on Friday 26th April, 2019. Minister Garcia stated that the Ministry is moving swiftly to have all challenges resolved for students to have uninterrupted teaching and learning moving forward.
